Institutions of Higher Education
V
Over the past two decades our kids grew up. So did their communities.
This means new needs—big kids need higher education and grown up communities need successful products of higher education: lay leaders, teachers and Rabbis for the new generation. We anticipated these new needs and grew along with them, creating institutions of higher education.
In the two cities bridging east and west, Vienna and Berlin, we helped create Pan-European institutions offering secular and religious higher education.
In Vienna, we established the Lauder Business School and, in Berlin, the institutions of Lauder Yeshurun-Yeshivat Beit Zion and the Midrasha. Both draw students from across Europe. In Berlin, we also partnered with the Central Council of Jews in Germany to reestablish a legendary prewar institution—the Rabbinerseminar zu Berlin—training innovative traditional Rabbis for central Europe today.
Our institutions of higher education include:
Lauder Business School, Vienna, Austria
Lauder Yeshurun Institutions: Yeshivat Beit Zion and Midrasha, Berlin, Germany
Rabbinerseminar zu Berlin, Berlin, Germany
