Germany: JTeens Hold Exciting Shabbaton in Nuremberg

JTeens, the teenage division of the Ronald S. Lauder Foundation online e-Learning School, had an in-person Shabbaton meetup in Nuremberg.

Approximately 15 boys and girls from all over Germany celebrated Shabbat with the Jewish community of Nuremberg. The 3-Day program brought students, teachers and staff together, for fun Jewish-themed activities and services.

 Fun events included a Paper Chase (Schnitzeljagd 🙂 in the beautiful old town of Nuremberg, and on Sunday, GoKarting. The students, all participants in the online Jewish learning program in Germany, left the weekend with strengthened ties, and a deeper appreciation of the unique e-Learning program.
