Krakow, Poland: e-Learning School Holds Inspiring Shabbaton

On the weekend of March 13th 2015, nearly 75 participants of the Ronald S. Lauder e-Learning School of Poland convened for a special Shabbaton. Attendees included e-Learning students, parents, teachers and staff.

Children came from Polish cities, including Wrocław, Lublin, Białystok, Lodz, Krakow to participate in the annual e-Learning School event. The weekend served as a great forum for sharing feedback about the program, in a warm, connecting environment.

The group enjoyed traditional Tfilah prayer services, Kiddush and dinner at the Krakow’s Jewish Community Center, and visited Kracow’s historic synagogues. Activities for children, lectures for parents, and tours of Krakow Old City sprinkled the weekend itinerary with fun and connection with Jewish identity.

Wrapping up the event, e-Learning students received awards and diplomas, in recognition of their efforts and participation in the e-Learning school’s recent semester.
